FAQ
What people usually ask us
Where do the prices come from?
From reference prices in the European refurbished market and from professional buy-back, which we update frequently. Valora doesn’t make up prices: if a model or storage size isn’t available, it tells you.
Are the prices exact?
They’re a guide: they help you negotiate and decide, but the final price depends on the actual condition of the device and on the market each day. The same goes for VAT and the levy: check them with your tax adviser.
What counts as a query?
Each answer with a buying, selling or repair price. Questions without a price, such as technical help or follow-ups, don’t count. Queries reset on the 1st of each month.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Valora works on WhatsApp: save the number, send a message and accept the terms in the first message.
What happens to my photos and voice notes?
They’re processed to answer you and aren’t stored. The conversation is kept for 24 hours so Valora understands the context of your questions.
How do I pay and how do I cancel?
Payment is by card through Stripe. When you pay, enter the WhatsApp number you use with Valora. To cancel, write to info@valorabot.com: the plan stays active until the end of the paid month.
Can I get an invoice in my company’s name?
Yes. Write to info@valorabot.com with your company’s billing details.
Is Valora a person?
No, it’s an AI assistant. It can make mistakes: always check important details before closing a deal.
