This policy explains which personal data Valora processes, for what purpose, for how long and what rights you have. It applies to the WhatsApp assistant and to this website.

2. What data we process

We also keep aggregated usage statistics (number of messages and queries per day) that cannot identify you.
3. Legal basis
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): providing the Service you accept when you start using it or subscribe to a plan.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): improving the catalogue, preventing misuse and keeping the Service secure.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): keeping billing records.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): the email you give us in the website forms. You can withdraw it at any time.
4. Providers that process data on our behalf
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp): the channel you use to talk to Valora.
- Anthropic PBC (United States): the artificial-intelligence model that understands your messages and analyses photos.
- OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States): transcription of voice notes.
- Vercel Inc. (United States): hosting of the Service.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosting of this website and domain management.
- Upstash, Inc. (United States): database.
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland): payments.
Under their business terms, the artificial-intelligence providers do not use data received through their API to train their models. Valora does not use your conversations to train models either.
Transfers to the United States are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
5. Automated decisions
Valora’s answers are generated automatically. Blocking for misuse is triggered automatically after several warnings; if you think it is a mistake, write to us and a person will review it.
6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@valorabot.com from the email or number linked to your data. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the authority in your country.
7. This website
This website does not use cookies or analytics tools, and its fonts are served from our own server. The hosting provider technically logs visits (IP address and browser) to keep the service secure.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. We will publish the current version here with its date and, if the change is significant, we will tell you on WhatsApp.
